About AutoMax

THE COMPANY AND ITS PEOPLE

Benevento has been producing the best auto accessories in the world since 1980

The Automax company, maker of the Benevento brand of wood dash kits, dash trims, pillar posts, sunroof deflectors, side window deflectors, and external auto accesories was started in 1980 by two brothers. Benevento takes its name from the region of Italy where the Cioffi family comes from. Bene means good and vento means wind. It just so happens that their first product was the sunroof wind deflector, a practical answer to the turbulence and noise in vehicles with the now familiar sky view opening.

The product was good enough to win the business of several major automakers which include General Motors, BMW and Saab among others. Automax eventually entered wood dash trim manufacturing and has advanced the industry with innovations and improvements in design and a range of materials ever since, providing the widest choice in the industry. Today Automax serves thousands of clients all over the world!

Today, Automax manufactures products to fit models from all the major Auto manufacturers including, among others ACURA : ALFA ROMEO : AUDI : BMW : BUICK : CADILLAC : CHEVROLET : CHRYSLER : DAEWOO : DODGE : EAGLE : FISKAR : FORD : FREIGHTLINER : GEO : GMC : HARLEY-DAVIDSON : HONDA : HUMMER : HYUNDAI : INFINITI : ISUZU : JAGUAR : JEEP : KENWORTH : KIA : LAND-ROVER : LEXUS : LINCOLN : MAZDA : MERCEDES-BENZ : MERCURY : MINI : MITSUBISHI : NISSAN : OLDSMOBILE : PEUGEOT : PLYMOUTH : PONTIAC : PORSCHE : SAAB : SATURN : SCION : STERLING : SUBARU : SUZUKI : TOYOTA : VOLKSWAGEN : VOLVO from 1958 to Date - including models just being released.

Corporate Philosophy

Even though the company has expanded to its present size, it retains its tradition of personal service and quick response.Real people answer the phone and listen carefully, and Customers get personal service. Automax’s customer service representatives are trained to take time to get the order right, asking questions and clarifying details. Their objective is full customer satisfaction, nothing else and nothing less.

Automax customers have appreciated the personal interest the company takes down the road, long after the sale is made. The people at AutoMax have asked themselves the questions and addressed them positively before the customers ask them. For example, what about replacement of damaged parts? Must the customer purchase a complete new kit, or can he get single replacements? Can he send the damaged part back so a color match can be made, or must he be content with whatever is available? Does the company make good on its promise to provide timely upgrades when automakers change designs midstream, or must the customer wait months while the target vehicle remains incomplete?

In short, Automax cares.
